My wife Carolyn and I, with our 2 young children, moved to an old farm house in Tremont, IL. about 18 yrs ago. Both of my children were involved in rodeo in high school as well as a few other school functioned activities.

   My son Paul, received a scholarship to go to Murray State University for Bull riding. He received a Masters degree in animal science. and is now a professional bull fighter and working in the animal science field for which he received his degree.

   My daughter graduated high school and is now in collage working to become an RN. Presently she is a CNA working in the Apostalic Nursing Home.

   My wife and I started Skaggs Roofing & More about 15 years ago. For my self, I have been in the construction industry for about 25 years. I started it as a young man, working for my father's company Skaggs Construction, then after a 4 yr. commitment in the United States Marine Corps, I came back into the industry where I still work today.  My wife and Iare active members of NewLife Christian Church and have been for 14 years.  Carolyn volunteers at the church while I do a ministry outside the church.  We enjoy our free time by riding horses , bikes, camping, fishing or just lounging around the house.
